A water-fed pole (WFP) is a telescoping, brush-tipped pole connected to a supply of ultra-pure water. Instead of using soaps, squeegees, and ladders, we feed purified water through the pole directly to your windows, scrub with a soft brush, and rinse — all from the ground.
The science behind it is simple: pure water (water with zero dissolved minerals) is naturally hungry — it wants to bond to and lift away grime, salt residue, and organic matter from your glass. When it dries, there is nothing left behind, not even a water spot.
This method is widely used by professional window cleaners around the world and is considered the gold standard for exterior window cleaning, especially for multi-story properties and coastal homes where salt spray is a constant challenge.

How Our System Works
Our on-board filtration system produces water with 0 TDS (total dissolved solids) on-site, so every job starts with perfectly pure water.
Source Water Enters the System
Tap water is fed into our mobile filtration unit, which is built into our service vehicle for convenience and efficiency.
Sediment & Carbon Filtration
The first stages remove sediment, chlorine, and large particles that could clog the system or scratch glass.
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
A high-pressure membrane removes up to 97% of dissolved solids, including calcium, magnesium, and other minerals that cause hard water spots.
Deionization (DI)
The final stage polishes the water to 0 TDS using resin beds that capture any remaining ions. The result is ultrapure water with nothing in it.
Delivered Through the Pole
The purified water flows through our carbon fiber water-fed pole — which can extend up to 30–40 feet — and out through a brush head that agitates and lifts dirt from the glass.
Rinse & Air Dry
We rinse the window thoroughly with a final pure water flush. As it evaporates, it leaves nothing behind — just perfectly clean, spot-free glass.
